Soul Trust Ignite Signature Retreats

Our retreats are designed to nourish you from the inside-out, combining self-care practices and holistic modalities to create a transformative experience. From nourishing meals to meaningful connections, body movement, and introspective self-development, you'll experience slow mornings, breathwork journeys, daily meditations, local cuisine, free time to explore nature, personal growth workshops, and plenty of laughter. Most importantly, you’ll have ample time to rest, recharge, and reset your nervous system.

If you are craving some time away and an opportunity to step away from your home routine, meet us at a Soul Trust Ignite retreat. You can come with a friend or two, or you can come alone. The group that gathers is always perfectly aligned to be together. Themes will differ, however, our emphasis on holistic health and nervous system regulation remain the same. Retreat Facilitation

I am available to support and facilitate meditation and/or breathwork sessions at retreats hosted by others. If you’re planning a retreat and would like me to join as a facilitator, I’d be honored to guide your group through transformative breathwork and mindfulness practices. Whether you're looking for an opening grounding session or a deeper journey, I’ll tailor the experience to align with your retreat’s themes and needs.
